Why is a denim skirt considered dressing up?

Too often on occasions that require dressing up, I have seen women show up in denim skirts. How is this dressing up? Denim skirts are at best casual wear, I can’t see how they are ever appropriate dress-up attire. Here’s a simple rule: If wearing denim pants would be inappropriate, so is wearing a denim skirt!

What color is a good alternative for blue jeans?

All my jeans are blue, different shades of it, but still blue. The only different ones i have are beige. There are other colors for pants, but i haven’t gotten any because i don’t know what to wear them with. I feel like they’ll look tacky. What other colors of pants do you have and what do you wear them with?

Well it depends on what season it is and what your body type is and what occasion. For fall I’d say brown pants. spring white. summer well you probably won’t be wearing pants but if you are then go for thin fabrics that breathe. Black pants look good at work, church, places that you need to dress up at, etc. camel is a cute color. so is tan. gray and charcoal look great also. justwhatever you do please please do not wear pants that are tapored. which means.. they are big at the tob and little at the bottom. and I’m not talking about skinny leg. but only certain types of people can wear skinny leg so just to be on the safe side. get straight leg or even better flared pants. thats all.

For some reason, my head was sort of in the clouds during summer and i didnt buy any denim shorts…now they are no longer being sold in stores due to fall coming around….

i agree, white is neutral. any color looks good with it. u can wear a tank or a vneck tee in red, black, green, pink, blue, coral, purple, teal any many more colors.

How do you make denim jeans tighter?

ok i bought a pair of demin jeans and they are baggy on the legs and thigh area, but fit well around my hips. Anyone know any solutions, that would make them smaller?
