It´s after Christmas and you bought a beautiful digital cam for your daughter, the latest thing in technology, 9 megapixels, cyber-shot, real state of the art; she´s so happy that she starts taking pictures of everything and everyone. You find it just precious and smile while seeing her happy.

So your daughter has a boyfriend off course, girls her age change boyfriends every couple of weeks, after all what do you expect from a 15 year old?  Ok, here’s the rub. This boyfriend asks your daughter to take some “spicy” pics of her, it could be wearing a bikini, or just underwear, or with his name written on her body, your girl obviously takes them because she “loves” her boyfriend, and ta-dah!…. her nightmare begins.

Right now, on the Internet there are thousands of sites with these kinds of pictures from underage girls, mistakenly trusting they would only be seen by their boyfriend… WRONG!, a couple months later the boyfriend breaks up with your daughter and he starts sending those pics to a friend, and this friend to another…. Like a snowball, and no, it is impossible to stop it.

There are “collectors” for these kind of pictures, and they´re even websites dedicated exclusively  for “trading” pictures of this kind; amateur pictures of underage girls! It´s been on TV and in the news, these “collectors” usually go a little bit further and once they find the girl´s contact information they start threatening her in order to get more pictures or cam shows or videos from her… do you understand why I used the word “nightmare” before?

So it could be easy, you can just call the cops on these guys, but the problem is that maybe your daughter will never tell you what´s going on, because she´s afraid and threatened that if she goes to the cops they will send the pictures home, or put them on more sites. There have been cases where the girls were forced to have sexual encounters with these predators.

Yes, it sounds insane, but it´s happening in front of our eyes and we refuse to see it. Most rating sites, or dating, or cam sites like stickam and such don´t bother about this, and if they do, usually they do it when it´s already too late. This kind of care should come from home, not from the websites your children frequent. Parents MUST be aware and be involved; setting and atmosphere of strong family values, attention and a good sexual responsibility.. NO, don´t leave that job to the school alone, BE INVOLVED!

So this year, if you decide to give away a digital camera, or a webcam… think twice about how maturely your child will use his/her present.

Vacations are more fun when you are in top “bikini body”
shape!

You have an upcoming vacation and you want to look your best. When you hit
the beach, you want to make sure you have a head-turning, hot bikini body. You
will have a much more enjoyable vacation if you feel sexy. You will most likely
take tons of photos as well, so you will want to make sure that your body looks
in top “bikini body” shape. When you are 80 years old, you can look back on
those amazing photo’s and brag at how attractive you were when you were younger.

It is easier to achieve a great “bikini body”, when you have an
event coming up!

Not only are vacations more fun when you look good, it is easier to do what is necessary when you know that you will be in a bikini soon. Most women know what they need to do to get in top bikini body shape, it is just so easy to get
off course from their diets or workout routines. I recommend grabbing pictures of your vacation spot and posting them up somewhere for you to see daily. Also, find pictures of attractive women who have a bikini body that you would like to strive towards.

Getting ready for an upcoming vacation is 1/2 the fun of taking a vacation!

Most vacations last only 7-10 days. A great way to extend that vacation is spending weeks working hard to get in the best bikini body shape of your life. Obviously shopping for a vacation is fun, but reaching a high level of fitness can be fun as well. Consistently doing what is necessary to get in top bikini body shape is actually very rewarding. Honestly, if you look your best, everything will be more enjoyable.

Some basic and proven steps to getting a rocking “bikini body”:

1) Eat less calories than normal each day. I know this sounds basic, but if you burn more calories than what you eat…you will lose weight! For best bikini body results, do this at least two months out from your vacation.

2) Do all cardio on an empty stomach. Make sure you don’t have any carbs in your system before performing cardio. This will ensure that you burn fat and not carb calories stored in your muscles. Ingesting a calorie-free caffeine drink will give you energy to hit the cardio hard. You will burn fat off your improving bikini body on a regular basis, if stick to this rule. Try to not eat any calories of any sort 3-4 hours before working out.

3) Perform cardio at least one hour per day, 3 weeks out from your vacation date. Hitting the cardio for one hour per day, 21 days in a row, will burn that last bit of stubborn body fat off that bikini body of yours. Very few people will ever workout 21 days in a row in their lifetime.

Very few people will ever get in their best bikini body shape. If you have the willpower to workout 21 days in a row without fail, you will reach a level that few ever reach.

4) Workout at the gym 3-4 days per week. Hitting the weights will have some effect on achieving a sleek bikini body, it just won’t have as dramatic of an effect as cardio and diet. Stick with a basic lifting regime and you should be fine. You could probably get a good resistance workout in 15-20 minutes. A bikini body is more about burning off stubborn body fat and less about building muscle.

5) Tan that bikini body of yours. You don’t want to overdue it, but 10 sessions of 10-15 minutes at a tanning salon will give you a bit of color and make your body look more appealing. Also, make sure and apply lotion daily to make your skin glow.

Summary: Hopefully this gives you a great mind set into what it takes to get that bikini body ready for the beach. You can’t go wrong with sticking with the basics…low calories and lots of cardio. There are a few select sources of more advanced information on the Internet, but most is geared towards bulking up…this isn’t the type of advice you will want to follow. A great bikini body is about lower body fat, not bigger muscles.

1. Hula hooping

This forces your body to scavenge your bodyfat and burn it up for quick energy.

3. Do belly rubs

Belly rubs work great for destroying belly fat. What you do is lie down and rub your hands together for 15 seconds to create heat/energy. Then you rub 1 hand in small circles around your belly button for 30-45 seconds. Do this for 3-5 minutes a day.

The heat from your hand penetrates through your skin and attacks the fat cells in your abs. They either disintegrate or loosen up and get flushed out of your body. Some fat cells are more stubborn than others, so don’t expect to burn off all of them quickly.
