Job at Tommy Hilfiger? Any Hilfiger employees willing to offer suggestions?

I’ve recently put together a resume and cover letter for a Sales Associate position at Tommy Hilfiger. I was just wondering if anyone knows what they look for in a person when they are hiring? This is because I have no previous work experience. . and I’ve recently turned 16. . and I also really like their clothing. So. . . if anyone, such as current or ex-employees, is willing to help me out. . it’d be great. Thank you !

Wear like one Tommy Hilfiger shirt or something. But if you really wanna know what they want you to look like…dress like you see in their ads. Dress like that and they will be certain to hire you. Be confident and smile, and thats basically it!
